Canister for 2 HP Dust Collector – Craftex CX-Series

This canister replacement is designed to fit 2HP dust collectors.
It will fit Craftex model. It can also be retrofitted to most other dust collector brands on the market.

This canister features a V-Weave filter design.Filtering area is increased over 6 times when compared to standard cloth bags.

Another plus to the canister filter is the disposal of dust.Standard bags require you to take off the bag, turn upside down and shake outthe dust sending thousands of fine dust particles airborne.With the Canister, simply turn the handle located at the top of the canisterto rotate the internal flapper.The flapper removes dust particles and shakes of caked on dust into the lowerbag of your dust collector. Dust disposal is now safe, and no longer a chore with this 1 micron canister.

CFM (Cubic feet per minute) is the amount of air the dust collector moves through itself per minute and depends on factors like the size of the motorand size of the impeller. Because there is less air resistance with the useof a canister filter, the CFM increases compared to standard dust collectors.
